I've been training off and on for the past 12 years. I studied diffrent styles of martial arts. never got a full black belt from any one style but did get enough training to use the fundamentals efficently. my new year resolution was to start fighting again, and have a fight by the end of the year so today, after my knee injury took me out for 2 months, i decided to start training,2 months late. i do push ups till i cant do them anymore, sit ups till i can't do them anymore. run for 5 min jog…
